PTA Top Notch Behaviour Achievement Scheme
All children are eligible. The "Top Notch" behaviour system is aimed at highlighting good behaviour. Children who are identified as having exhibited good behaviour receive a click on their achievement card. The system operates in the playground or for out-of-class activities. It can also be used by staff for exceptional performance in the classroom.
This behaviour could be:
- Politeness e.g. speech and actions, sharing, caring.
- Helping others e.g. asking others to join a game.
- Playing constructively e.g.waiting for a turn and sharing play gear.
- Assisting where there are difficulties.
When the card is filled with 50 clicks, the student receives the main reward. They then move on to the next achievement card.
The Rewards for Achievements Are:
- Pink card – McDonalds combo meal voucher or $5 to spend at “Take Note” books and stationery.
- Yellow card – A rugby, soccer, netball, basket ball or other sports gear.
- Blue card – Entry to a draw for a CD/Portable stereo. Also a McDonalds or Take Note voucher.
