CARTERTON SCHOOL 150th JUBILEE
Easter Weekend, 22-24 April 2011

Congratulations and thanks to the Jubilee Comittee and to all the volunteers and helpers who made Carterton's 150th celebrations such a success! We trust all who came along had a brilliant time catching up with friends, teachers and students. Do let us know if you have suggestions for the 200th celebration!

Programme for Carterton School’s 150th Jubilee

Good Friday 22 April 2011

• 3.30pm – 5.00pm : Registrations
  At Carterton School Hall.
  Please come in and register between 3.30pm – 5.00pm
  and pick up your registration packs.

• 6.30pm – 11.00pm : Mix and Mingle
  Carterton School in the marquee on Village Green.
  Cash bar with eftpos facilities but no cash out.
  Cost $20 each.

Saturday 23 April 2011

• School will be open all day for tours
  

• 9.30am : Powhiri/Welcome
  On netball courts at Carterton School.

• 10.15am onwards : Group Photos
  Starting with oldest students at 10.15am.
  Attendees who are interested in Graeme Bowden's photos can find them here.

• 12.00pm – 3.30pm : Carterton School Garden Party
  On the school grounds.
  Stalls will be selling food and drinks.
  Entertainment by school groups.

• 5.00 – 6.00 pm : Staff Mix and Mingle
  For current and past staff members.
  In the staffroom.

• 5.30pm – 12.00am : Jubilee Celebration Dinner
  In The Marquee at Carterton School.
  Cost $55
  Cash Bar with eftpos facilities but no cash out.
  Band Entry by nametag only

Sunday 24 April 2011

• 10.00am : Interdenominational service
  in the School Hall

• 11.00am : Tree planting in the school grounds
  Morning Tea and cutting of the Jubilee cake
