PTA (Parent Teacher Association) information

The Carterton School PTA is made up of parents and teachers who volunteer their time to create fundraising opportunities to support the school. We organise and host fundraising events and initiatives which support our school financially, and sponsor selected activities within the school.

The PTA is always looking for additional support. If you feel you can contribute in any way and would like to get involved we would love to hear from you!

We are an enthusiastic group of parents and educators, keen on making the experience of school life as happy and enriched as possible for both our kids and teachers.

We fundraise throughout the year with a variety of events – Pie Sales, the Gala, sausage sizzles and more, plus we run things like the Uniform Shop for second hand uniforms and working bees to improve the grounds.

Our fundraising recently has been in aid of a variety of things, including our much awaited School entrance upgrade, helping finance school trips, sport equipment and uniforms, learning books, iPads and furniture upgrades.
