SIGN THEM UP FOR OUR FUN SCHOOL HOLIDAY PROGRAMME!

We are run a school holiday programme for tamariki and whānau based in the Carterton District or currently attending a Carterton primary school. The Carterton District Council has made a small contribution to subsidise the cost for everyone.

• This programme will be run on Carterton School grounds with the occasional visits to other local grounds (walking distance) as part of fun, learning experience for the tamariki involved.

• The programme will run 8.30am - 3pm.

• Daily cost is $35.00.

• Morning Tea and Lunch will need to provided by you if your child attends.

• This programme caters for tamariki aged between 5 and 11 years old. 

• Spaces are limited at 30 tamariki per day.

• Tamariki will need to be signed in and out of the Holiday Programme by an adult listed on this registration.

Registrations open 3-4 weeks before the holidays start. Please check back here closer to the holidays.

Once registered, you will receive a confirmation email within 7 working days to confirm your child's space.  We will also let you know if we are fully booked but can have you on a waiting list should a spot become available. 

You will be invoiced for the days you have booked. Any changes to your booked dates before the holiday programme starts will not incur a fee. Any cancellations of days or no shows after the programme starts will be charged at full price. The only exception is sickness or injury. We are happy to "swap" a day, if bookings allow, should your school holiday plans unexpectedly change. This will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.
